The Middlebrook Diversion line, which is a 24-inch concrete pipe, is used to carry water from Pope’s Pond and Comstock Brook into City Lake. The main runs along Ridgefield Road and onto Belden Hill Road where it enters the north end of City Lake. For the most part Middlebrook Diversion runs year round.
